HealthWare System, a long-standing client specializing in family health clinic management software, approached us with a pressing need to redesign their outdated desktop application into a modern Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. Their existing system was plagued by issues such as an antiquated design, frustrating user experiences, lengthy and cumbersome forms, growing competition concerns, and more. This case study outlines the challenges they faced and the solutions we provided to redesign their software and position them for future success.
