Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business objectives and our technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring successful project delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and define project goals.
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate feedback sessions.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure transparency and alignment.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a web design and development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and industry trends.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
