TA Dialogues is India’s foremost consultancy dedicated to transforming how companies approach talent acquisition. With a strong focus on audits, leadership coaching, corporate training, and 1:1 mentorship, they support organizations in building strategic and scalable recruitment processes. While they had a clear design direction, they needed a technical partner to bring it to life through a robust and responsive website.
Problem Statements
TA Dialogues approached us with a Canva-based design concept and a clear need for a functional, interactive website. Their challenges included:
- Turning a static design into a responsive website
- Creating a backend that non-technical users could easily update

Our Solutions
We began by converting the Canva design into detailed Figma layouts, setting a strong foundation for responsive development. From there, we:
- Developed a mobile-optimized WordPress site for seamless performance across devices
- Built a custom backend that allows TA Dialogues to easily update content and manage the site
- Implemented performance enhancements for faster load speeds and better user experience
- Created a consistent style guide to unify visual elements across all pages
Wireframes
Wireframe represents a skeletal framework of a website. It is also known as a page schematic or screen blueprint. We have used first the low-fidelity wireframe in designing the Indifit website. It gave us a simple and basic page schematic.
Mid or high-fidelity wireframes are prototypes, in other words. They have color schemes, design elements with details, and simple user flow or micro-interaction to test the functions in a design.
UI Design
We elevated the original design while preserving its core visual identity—making it more polished and development-ready. The interface is clean, modern, and built to support trust and professionalism in the HR and recruitment space.

A complete style guide was implemented to ensure design consistency—from typography and color palette to buttons and spacing. This helps TA Dialogues maintain visual cohesion even as the website evolves.
