RP UXCollab is seeking a results-driven SEO Executive with a strong history of improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and delivering measurable growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to manage end-to-end SEO strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings across major search engines.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Plan and execute on-page SEO tasks including content optimization, metadata updates, URL structuring, and internal linking.
Technical SEO
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, indexing issues, site architecture improvements, and page speed optimization.
- Work with developers to implement SEO best practices across website updates and new features.
Off-Page SEO
- Build and manage high-quality link-building strategies, partnerships, and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor backlink profile health and identify opportunities for domain authority improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Prepare monthly reports on keyword ranking progress, traffic insights, and ROI metrics.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize SEO performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment in campaigns and content planning.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and search engine algorithm trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record of improving SEO performance (please include examples or portfolio).
- Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in key SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress/Shopify/etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large websites or high-competition niches.
- Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and international SEO.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles.
