About the Role:
RP UXCollab looking for a motivated Junior CMS Developer who is passionate about building beautiful, functional websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content management systems like Webflow, WordPress, and Framer. Bonus points for familiarity with Wix, Squarespace, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates with internship or freelance experience in CMS web development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain websites using Webflow, WordPress, and Framer
- Customize themes, plugins, and CMS templates as per project requirements
- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and interactive layouts
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance
- Assist in content uploading, SEO optimizations, and website performance monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Webflow and WordPress is essential
- Exposure to Framer or similar no-code design tools
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding
- Familiarity with responsive and cross-browser design
- Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Portfolio of work (freelance, academic, or personal projects) is a plus.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar CMS tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva
- Basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git)
